1. Discovery Call

A 15-minute conversation to understand your project. If possible, send photos and measurements beforehand!  During this call we can discuss what projects like yours would cost and give you and estimated budget.

Brystol (Interior Designer) or Philip (General Contractor) meets with you for an in-depth review of design and construction options. ($150).

2. On-Site Consultation

3. Project Design Agreement

We help you design your project and create a project budget based on your choices.

4. Proposal

We send a tailored proposal based on your goals—whether it’s design work, construction, or both.

5. Project Start

Once paperwork is signed, we bring your vision to life!
